A power outage that blacked out 10 on-campus buildings Thursday is still affecting two academic buildings.

At approximatley 7:30 p.m., a 13,000 volt power line broke, causing the outage at West Campus, according to a university-issued statement.

Braunstein and the Geology Physics buildings are still without power and will be closed Friday, March 12.

Students with classes in either building are asked to contact faculty for alternative arrangements.
