UC*Metro to issue photo IDs

Starting Spring quarter, Metro will be issuing University of Cincinnati ID card holders something else to add to their wallets.

UC*Metro is looking to distribute fare cards to UC faculty and students that have their UC ID photos on them to rid the need of showing the Bearcat card when riding buses.

Prices remain the same, although a cash drop is required for all routes and zone fees are also applicable to certain areas.

The photo fare card rules will go into effect Monday, March 29.
